ENJOY some laughs on a Summer Sunday and help raise money for Dorchester Arts.

Comedy singing duo Kit and McConnel will be entertaining an audience at Whitcombe Manor near Dorchester at 12pm on Sunday July 30.

Kit and McConnel will perform their particular style of musical brilliance.

The pair’s unique take on any subject under the sun - from the perils of fast food to Donald Trump and Andy Murray - will have you weeping with laughter.

Their latest show has sold out at London cabaret venues The Pheasantry, The Crazy Coqs, St. James’ Theatre; plus the Edinburgh, Aldeburgh, and Three Choirs Festivals, as well as a host of theatres and concert halls up and down the UK.

They regularly toured the UK with the late, great Joan Rivers and are often to be heard on BBC Radio.

Kit Hesketh-Harvey is a regular panelist on Radio 4’s Just A Minute and was formerly one half of Kit and the Widow.

As a librettist/lyricist, Kit won the Vivian Ellis Prize with James McConnel for Writing Orlando, and studied at Oxford under Stephen Sondheim, where he and James wrote Yusupov (Sydmonton Festival and Bridewell Theatre.

With delicious canapés and a complimentary glass of bubbly on offer, everything is set for an afternoon of musical fun on a Summer Sunday.
