ONE of Canada’s hottest new musical exports the Sultans of String will play Dorchester Corn Exchange on Wednesday January 24 from 8pm.
They’re set to thrill the audience with their genre-hopping passport of Celtic reels, Flamenco, Gypsy-jazz, Arabic, and Cuban rhythms, fiery violin dances with kinetic guitar, while funky bass lays down unstoppable grooves.
Sultans of String are three time JUNO Award nominees and have topped the Bilboard charts.
Acoustic strings meet with electronic wizardry to create layers and depth of sound, while world rhythms excite audiences to their feet with the irresistible need to dance.
Contact Dorchester Arts at the Corn Exchange for tickets and more information.
