Two brothers have pleaded not guilty to driving offences relating to an incident where a pedestrian died on a Weymouth road.

87-year-old Christopher Dursley, from Preston, died in the crash on Preston Beach Road on October 11, 2015 after he was in collision with a motorbike as he crossed the road.

Mark Dalgleish, 26, and of Dorchester pleaded not guilty to causing death by dangerous driving.

David Dalgleish, 31, and also of Dorchester pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle dangerously.

They appeared at Dorchester Crown Court in a plea and case management hearing today, Friday.

Both men will stand trial later this year.
