THE Rat Pack Revue is set to swing into town for a classy evening of entertainment.

This tribute to the legendary Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr ensemble comes to Weymouth Pavilion on Sunday August 21 at 7.30pm.

Performing together for more than 18 years, the stars of the show have been delighting audiences with their combination of classic hits and light-hearted banter longer than Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr appeared together as the Rat Pack in their heyday.

The trio are also used to enjoying their share of the limelight away from appearing together in the show

The production’s Sinatra – David Alacey – has been a councillor on his local authority Basildon Council for 17 years and an Essex County Council councillor for four years.

The production’s Sammy – Des Coleman played Lennie in EastEnders and is currently the weatherman on Central TV.

The production’s Dean – Paul Drakeley continues to ply his trade as a musician, as well as a skilled vocalist, in a career that began as a Musician of the Year finalist at the age of 18.

Having just been voted the number one show at the National Tribute Awards by the Agents Association of Great Britain, the stars of the Rat Pack Revue are set to swing into town with their hit touring show.

Not only were the performers voted the country’s top Rat Pack show, they were also one of only three productions nominated for the Best Technical Production for all British tribute shows.

David’s accomplished performances as Sinatra have seen him appear on a Royal Command Performance and record – as the voice of Sinatra with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra – the soundtrack to a top-selling video game.

He said: “The brand-new stage show assembles stars from the stage for one more night in the company of Ol' Blue Eyes, Dino and Sammy.

“Much like the Rat Pack's famed Vegas reunions, the gags will flow as freely as the songs.”

Big band sound features in the shape of million-selling hits like Fly Me to the Moon, Volare, My Kind of Town, Me and My Shadow, The Lady is a Tramp, Mambo Italiano and Luck Be a Lady as music lovers are invited to 'come and join The Clan'.
