AN UNUSUAL concert featuring brass and organ music is set to treat an audience in Osmington this weekend.
On Sunday evening, September 11 at St Osmund's Church for one of a number of fundraising events for the church, The Trumbonium Brass Quintet and Dr Richard Hall playing the organ will be performing a spectacular programme of music.
The composers featured will include Bach, Elgar, Delibes, Pittoni, Bizet, Faure, Gershwin and more.
Keith Espin from The Trumboniums describes them as 'all seasoned veterans' and as a group formed originally to play for a Bridport nativity play.
The quintet is comprised of two trumpets, one trombone, one euphonium and one tuba.
The well known Dorset musician, Dr Richard Hall, is director of the Dorset Rural Music School in Blandford.
