A TREADMILL challenge awaits Kevin Roberts before the biggest endurance test of his life.
The Weymouth man will be running on a treadmill in the Weymouth branch of Argos while his colleagues collect London Marathon sponsorship money.
Kevin, who works at BAE Systems on the Granby Industrial Estate, is raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support. His stint sweating it out in front of shoppers was arranged by the BAE Systems Charity Challenge. So far the team has raised £7,500 for the charity since partnering with Macmillan early last year.
Corporate fundraising manager Henry Shelford said: "Four in 10 people will be diagnosed with cancer during their lifetime so the need for help has never been greater.
"His support will help us to deliver these vital services to those who need them the most.
"I hope people help Kevin to achieve this goal and in turn help hundreds of families living with cancer."
