LATEST NEWS - M25 partial tunnel closure

ESSENTIAL maintenance work on lighting will mean the partial closure of the Holmesdale tunnel on the M25 near Waltham Abbey overnight for a week, from tomorrow (January 26) until February 2.
Work will be carried out inside each closed tunnel in turn, with a contraflow in operation through the adjacent tunnel.
The closures will not take place before 9pm on weened evenings, or before 10pm on weekdays.
The M25 will be fully open by 6am on weekend mornings and 5am on weekday mornings.
For safety reasons, a 50mph speed limit will be in force during the closures.
