Accident involving a van and a motorcycle on Portland
Police were called to an accident between a van and a motorcycle in Fortuneswell.
They were called shortly after 8am to the accident at the junction of Castle Road and Victory Road, which involved a motorcycle and a van.
Ambulance crews attended and treated the motorcyclist at the scene.
A spokesman for the ambulance service said: “We were called at 7.52am to a two vehicle road traffic collision. The motorcyclist had come off his bike. He had pain in the leg and ankle and was treated at the scene.”
A police spokesperson said the road was clear at about 8.30am.
