FIREFIGHTERS freed two adults and two children stuck in a lift in Poundbury earlier today.
A retained crew from Dorchester was called shortly after 11am to a report of four people stuck in a lift in a property at Queen Mother Square.
They found the occupants were stuck in the lift between the ground floor and first floor of the property.
The crew gained access to the lift cart and released all four occupants by manually operating the release mechanism.
A spokesman for Dorset Fire and Rescue Service said they were stuck for around 15 minutes.
