A MAN is wanted by police after he drove off when speaking to officers, but not until after he had given them his correct details.
On Tuesday (October 25) at around 7.30pm a driver of a BMW convertible was stopped in Pummery Square in Poundbury and spoken to in relation to his manner of driving and having an “extremely loud” exhaust.
The man made off from officers but not before giving them all his correct details.
Police said that enquiries are continuing on that matter.
They now want to speak to anyone who say the vehicle being driven in a dangerous manner around the Holmead Square or Middlemarsh Street area last night.

Dorchester police said they will continue to tackle anti-social behaviour being caused by teenagers and vehicles around the town area.
