How on earth do so many criminals successfully launder money or get away with clearing out people’s bank accounts without getting caught?
For I spent more than half an hour trying to invest in a cash ISA with a building society this week despite the fact that I already hold a savings account with them.
In addition to having to listen to scores of terms and conditions I had to answer a whole list of “security” questions.
About the only information I was not asked about was my inside leg measurement.
