WEEKS into my hectic revision schedule, it has finally got to the stage where even the thought of revision makes me want to cry.

I started off slowly, by doing just a little every night and then gradually doing an extra hour every night.

I made sure that I did not simply dive into hours of revision but, right now, I’m staring down at the history paper in front of me and I’m quite frankly losing the will to live.

Thankfully, the process of writing this is distracting me from eating whatever I can get my hands on. Surely I can’t be the only one that eats to distract themselves?

Sometimes eating can actually spark a few brain cells to wake up.

When answering an essay question, revision can seem never ending, it can seem impossible and it can often seem easier to give up than to carry on and persevere through the hellish exam season.

For all those going through the exam season, good luck.

Remember to try your best and don’t be afraid of failure, because you can overcome everything.
