DAVID Cameron has expressed his concerns for the safety of the British people if we leave the EU in the referendum on Thursday, June 23.

The Prime Minister stated back in February that leaving Europe would “threaten our economic and national security”, claiming that leaving at “such an unstable time” would be a “leap in the dark”.

Some of the Prime Minister’s concerns comes from theories that, if the UK were to leave the EU, it would make it harder for countries to share information on possible terror attacks.

This is a key step in catching those responsible for the devastating events that have shocked whole nations, and indeed the entire world, over the last couple of years.

I believe that this is a really important point to consider when viewing the options for both staying in, and leaving the EU.

No one knows what will happen it we leave the EU, but if the UK votes to stay in, there could be ways to work with the rest of Europe to improve and adapt the ways we benefit from the European Union in order to help British citizens get the best deal.
