Condor smokers get penned in

Recently I travelled to Guernsey on Condor from Weymouth. Though these days their ‘day trips’ are very short, I enjoyed the trip.

Condor have upset many regular and new travellers with their shenanigans over which berth they would like to use – at great expense to the local taxpayers - but I was most impressed with their new smoking policy. Previously, passengers who wanted to take the air on deck to see the views had to endure foul cigarette smoke wafting across it.

Now I am pleased to see that these smokers have been herded into a small pen in a small corner of the deck. There is now the zoo type spectacle of normal passengers viewing the smokers in their metal enclosure.
