What's the point of recycling?
I was on the X53 bus the other day and ended up following an unmarked refuse/recycling collection vehicle through Abbotsbury, which made no attempt to pull over where possible to let the bus pass.
The refuse bins containing black sacks were mechanically emptied and the recycling boxes were dumped in the same place by hand. Only the glass was kept separate. What is the point of providing recycling boxes?
