What value for Portland precept?
I have lived in Portland for a number of years now and have never found out what we get in return for paying the island precept over and above what we get for the council tax.
It would seem talking to people that a lot do not know.
Would some bright spark please enlighten me/us.
For what it’s worth, I think it is a bit of a con.
