Enforce law on parking
I agree with the letter about vehicles with faulty lights.
It would seem they are ignorant of the law which says when visibility is poor all vehicles must have two working dipped headlights. Also it says all vehicles parked on the road in 30mph zones must be parked in the direction of the traffic so reflectors can be seen.
Parking laws should be enforced.
