"This is a development driven by commercial gain rather, than community benefit" (7th March. The Mapperton solar farm). Well, it has never been about community benefit. What it is always about, is profit.
It is never about what the community wants.
The community (us, rather than those who own vast tracts of land which they want to exploit for a financial incentive - Richard Drax immediately springs to mind), is sometimes a rare recipient of the profit motive.
By rare, I mean almost never ever.
