In the Tories' desperate attempt to boost their poll ratings , they have been talking up the 'scary' prospect of a Labour Government propped up by a block of SNP MP's. Actually, the really scary scenario is the Conservative Party backed up by UKIP .......

A headlong dash for the EU exit door with the real risk to 4 million jobs, massive cuts to welfare programmes a direct attack on the poor and the vulnerable, the re-introduction of Mrs. Thatcher's Right to Buy divisive mantra which has so undermined the provision of social housing in this country and an increasingly intolerant and insular society. Really scary stuff !

Nicola Sturgeon is a breath of fresh air in British politics - at long last a political leader who says it how it actually is. She will not do a deal with David Cameron's Tories , she is committed to stop wasting billions on Trident renewal , a doomsday weapon it would be unthinkable to ever use and genuinely wants to involve young people in making decisions about their own futures. Wonderful! Nicola Sturgeon has also made it very clear that another Referendum on Scottish Independence will not be being pushed in the next parliament.

If I lived in Scotland she would most definitely get my vote.

Yours Sincerely, Richard Denton-White
