Falling foul of the law?
Cllr Kevin Brookes consistently refers to Markham and Little Francis as a "Dog's Toilet". ( Letters Monday April 20th ) In view of his senior position on a council which employs a Dog Warden at ratepayers expense, perhaps Mr Brookes can tell us exactly how many people have been prosecuted for dog fouling during 2013/2014?
I suspect that the answer would be close to zero.
