I would like to complain to the Churches Together group Swanage and Rev Andrew Corke about the way he refused to let two prospective parliamentary candidates from sitting on the panel with other Perspective Parliamentary Candidates at the Swanage Hustings this is totally unfair. Where is the democracy in this and where is the togetherness in this.

It should have open for any perspective parliamentary candidate from any party to be present on this panel, after all like what Andy Kirkwood has said they have all paid their £500 deposit not the organisers.

Also on the parliamentary compliant it would of nice if the council had advertised that the Management Committee Meeting this Morning Tuesday, April 28 was open to member of the public so that they could give there views on the latest master plan for Weymouth & Portland, or better still had this meeting in an evening so people that are working could attend and have their say. I do think these meeting are deliberately planed like this so they can say that there was no complaints from the public. The problem with most organisations is that there is a great lack of information in this town so no one knows what goes on.

When the public are allowed to give their views they seem to be always ignored as has been proven by the decision that was made to develop the Curtis fields site and also with the decision made about the Ferry bridge being knocked down and built on. These people are the constituents that elected this councillors into their jobs so listen to them please.

The Ferry bridge could be incorporated with in the new build plan or could be used by the Holiday camp and promoted by them as an entertainment venue for the camp and out side users. bringing revenue into this Public house and area.
