Cyclists have to ring bells
CAN I please ask all cyclists to sound their bell when approaching pedestrians and dog walkers from behind?
This is an accident waiting to happen and a bike breezing past from behind causes a great deal of stress.
I might also remind all cyclists that it is an offence to ride a bike without a bell fitted. Many thanks.
