ANOTHER fantastic evening of singing, dancing and drama was at the Pavilion on Saturday, ably compered by Tony (Mr Muddle).

About 110 local children, aged between four and 16, from the Razzamatazz theatre school took part and as usual they gave their all, and the reaction of the packed audience reflected this!

Every colour of the rainbow was used for the amazing costumes throughout the show with great attention given to every little detail. Very well done, Lauren, her hard-working team, all the boys and girls who took part and of course all the mums, dads, grandparents, families and friends who came along and filled every available seat and helped to make the evening such a huge success.

Apart from fronting Razz and co-ordinating the show, Lauren teaches at Weymouth College during the week, but lately a great deal of her time has been taken up with planning her wedding, taking place on July 25, when Kieren will be the lucky groom! Good luck to you both.

Finally, and most importantly, a heartfelt thank-you must go to the dedicated team involved in keeping the venue up and running despite the odds, enabling our local talented kids to experience the thrill of performing on a big stage, in a real theatre and, best of all, in front of a live, packed and most appreciative audience.
