Question on competition
CLLR Ian Bruce’s remark: ‘We are in competition with a multi-story car park’ could be very revealing if he were asked: What’s the competition about?
Is it about improving the local economy? Is it about making Weymouth attractive to people who want to shop, eat out or just go for a walk along the prom? Or is it about the council making a profit? Which is it, Cllr Bruce? Please tell me.
