I WAS following a car down into North Allington from near the farm shop on Saturday, August 14 at about 7pm. A black cat ran across the road and was hit by the car in front of me.
The car didn’t stop, but I felt I had to, and the person whose house I called at found the cat dying in their garden.
How unfeeling the person who hit the cat must be.
Shame on you.
It might be ‘only a cat’ to you, but it is a life, which you have ended without any thought for the suffering you have caused, both to the cat and its owners.
