DO NOT blame teachers and schools for poor performance.
They can only deal with the material that is sent to them every school day morning.
Not all brains are destined to be A* and all too often children and young adults lack any real understanding of co-operation, respect and civil behaviour.
Those shortcomings are the responsibility of the family that they come from, not the committed people in schools who strive to make improvement.
