'Democracy is a myth'
I’M AFRAID that the idea of democracy is a myth when applied to some local parish and district councils.
Consequently myself and many others, have completely lost faith in the idea of local democracy.
Have any other readers had similar experiences?
At least we are lucky that we have a local paper willing to express our views for us.
