Weather latest: Met Office warns of ice as temperatures set to plunge to -9C

THE Met Office has issued an advisory severe weather warning for tomorrow and Saturday.
Temperatures are forecast to drop to minus nine degrees in some parts of Dorset tonight - minus five in Bournemouth - sparking fears of widespread ice on roads and pavements.
Compacted snow is already treacherous underfoot and caused problems on untreated roads this morning.

BBC weather is predicting snow on and off all day today, but clearing overnight.
Weather.co.uk says it will be freezing or below and snowy all day.
The Met Office is forecasting light snow on and off all day, clearing by Friday.
