TREVOR Senior is facing a couple of selection headaches ahead of his side’s Boxing Day clash at high-flying Street (1pm).

Darren Watts has already declared himself unavailable and there are also concerns surrounding keeper Sam Filkins, who is currently awaiting news of a suspension.

Bridport currently lie 11th in the Toolstation Western Premier Division, 17 points adrift of the Cobblers, who sit fourth, having played one game more.

Bees' boss Senior told Echosport: “Darren Watts is unavailable and we are still waiting to hear whether Sam will be suspended or not.

“I have had a word with Portland keeper Ashley Weeks and he will be available to stand in should we need him.

“Ryan Dovell will also be able to play but, with the forecast looking like it does, it could well put the game into doubt.

“We have had a lot of rain recently and we will just have to wait and see what happens.”

The Bees have lost just one of their last eight in the league but Street are also in good shape following three wins on the spin.

Bridport’s previous match against Bitton had to be postponed due to a waterlogged pitch at St Mary’s Field.
