DORCHESTER Town boss Phil Simkin has issued a call for help after being left without a key member of staff for tomorrow’s clash against Eastleigh (3pm).

Anyone with basic first-aid qualifications or better is being sought to come to the side’s rescue following the departure of first-team physio Damion Maston.

“We have to get someone in for tomorrow, even if it is somebody with basic first-aid qualifications, and it doesn’t matter if it’s just a temporary thing," said Simkin.

Maston has contacted Echosport this morning saying that he gave the club a month's notice when according to him he wasn't obliged to give any.

Experienced midfielder Nick Crittenden returns to the squad after a ban and it is suspensions that are set to give the Magpies' chief his next headache.

Mark Jermyn, Steve Walker and Clive Makoni will all be missing games in the next month following their red cards at the weekend.

All three are out of the clash with Boreham Wood on January 11, while Makoni also misses the next two matches and Walker the following three.

While Jermyn and Makoni were dismissed for two yellow cards at the Woodspring Stadium, Walker received a straight red and, according to his boss, will face a fine from his club as well as the FA.
