THE 2014 season is now fast app-roaching and the members of the Ringwood Motocross Club will kick-start the new campaign with a winter Warm-up Open event on Sunday at the Silent Woman track in Wareham Forest.

The Silent Woman is another fantastic Dorset circuit with its naturally sandy soil which always guarantees to cut up and get rough, and with more than 200 competitors expected it should prove to be a real cracker.

This year will also see the all-new Ringwood MXC FRUK All South Coast Auto 50cc and Youth Challenge make a quick return to the Silent Woman venue, with round one of the youth series and the championship opener taking place on February 23.

Other FRUK Youth Challenge dates are as follows; Silent Woman (February 23), Tincleton (March 9), Rocket World, Henstridge (March 23), Waterston Ridge (April 6), Cheddar Extreme (April 21), Bere Regis (May 18), Whitings Water (June 1), Silent Woman (June 15).

Once again, the Ringwood club is planning another huge season with membership for all three adult classes – expert open, vets open and novice open – already full.

Membership for all youth classes, including youth rookies and junior 65cc, are filling quickly.
