The following Saturday will then see Weymouth host Broadstone and Dorchester entertain Blandford.

There are also some intriguing opening fixtures in Division Two.

Weymouth Seconds and Beaminster will kick their campaigns off with home clashes against Ferndown Wayfarers Thirds and Cattistock respectively, while Dorchester Seconds will take on Portland Red Triangle at the Rec.

Bridport will get underway against Christchurch Seconds at the Brewery Ground in Division Three.

Finally, Dorset have appointed a new captain in Chris Park after Tom Hicks chose to stand down.

Their one-day campaign will begin on May 4 with a clash against Wales at Dean Park.
