A VITAL ingredient in the massive improvement in recent results for Weymouth Ladies FC can be put down to the hard work they are doing on the training pitch.

As well as changing the formation and the way the team plays, manager Tim Davis also recognised the need for all the young players in the squad to raise the level of their fitness in order to enable them to play a more high-tempo pressing game.

Contact was made with ex-Royal Marine Commando Mick James and he was delighted to offer his services.

James recently launched Commando Fitness Weymouth and is currently running weekly sessions with the Terras, which have been gruelling but extremely beneficial.

After just a few sessions the improvement is there for all to see and Weymouth Ladies would like to thank James for his involvement and hard work.
