Just a thought, Southport are part time but train 3 mornings a week, too cut out travelling after work and getting home late why cannot Weymouth arrange 2 afternoons a week from 2.00--5.00pm and train. This would keep the players fresh and be home early evening. It would need the employers to agree but if Braintree, Southport and Telford can do it what is stopping Weymouth . Only a thought but worth exploring.
