WEYMOUTH have announced that Steve Colwell has re-signed for the club for next season.
The midfielder, who was an integral part of the Terras’ starting XI last term, has agreed to be part of manager Jason Matthews’ plans once again, much to the delight of the Terras’ boss.
He added: “I’m really pleased to re-sign him, I thought he did really well in his first season at this level last year.
“Everyone will get a chance and a fair go next season, but Steve impressed me last year and played a lot of games and we are delighted to get him on board.
“We are really pleased to have him and are looking at other deals moving forward.”
Meanwhile, the club have also announced further pre-season friendly fixtures.
They will travel to Chard Town on Tuesday, July 15 (7.45pm), Plymouth Parkway on Saturday, July 26 (3pm) and will host a Royal Marines Representative XI at the Bob Lucas Stadium on Tuesday, July 29 (7.45pm).
