WEYMOUTH’S Will Henry has signed a two-year professional scholarship at Bristol City.

A consistent performer in the squad at Ashton Gate, the 16-year-old also made his under-21 debut for the club against Crystal Palace.

The teenager has made the step up just four years since starting at Just4Keepers Weymouth, an organisation which helps youngsters develop their skills between the sticks.

A delighted Henry said: “Thank you to Just4keepers and especially Jay Gibbs for supporting me through my goalkeeping journey.

“I would not have had the opportunities if I had not gone there.

“I hold the set up in high regard and will return to encourage younger keepers coming up through the ranks.”

Jack Higgins is also an ex-Just4Keepers student and has been a part of the Southampton academy for the past seven years.

His hard work and determination has driven him to be selected to represent his country at international level for Northern Ireland Under-16s.

Higgins played his first international match against Belgium.

Just4Keepers would like to invite all Dorset keepers for two free professional coaching sessions at one of their five venues in the county.
