BRIDPORT go in search of back-to-back league victories this evening but will have to be at the top of their game to rock in-form Odd Down (Bath) when they travel to the Lew Hill Memorial Ground (7.45pm).

Odd Down, currently second in the league table, have only lost one league fixture to date so far this term.

Bridport are likely to be without Chris Senior, who suffered a recurrence of a groin injury in the 4-3 win over Hallen on Saturday.

Darren Watts is still unavailable due to work commitments and there is also a question mark over the availability of Shane Evans.

“It’s going to be a tough game up there,” said Bees’ manager Trevor Senior, who is hopeful that Sean Stewart could return to the squad.

“I have been impressed with them over the last couple of seasons and they have a similar side now.”

Senior is well aware of the threat a trio of siblings play in the Odd Down ranks, in the form of Cory, Kye and Troy Simpson.

The first of which scored a hat-trick in his side’s 6-1 demolition of Clevedon last time out.

Senior added: “They have the three Simpson brothers and are all a handful.

“It will be a tough challenge but we will go there with a game plan and try to get something from the game.”
