PORTLAND United have a tough test to make the third round of the Buildbase FA Vase after they were drawn against fellow Wessex League Premier Division side Blackfield & Langley.
The tie will be played on Saturday, November 12 at Grove Corner as the Blues look to go one step further than they have ever been in their history.
Blackfield & langley, who have former Terra Tim Sills in their ranks, beat the island side 2-1 at the Grove back in August.
Goals from Carl Preston and Sills did for the Blues that day but, Portland are in good form in the Vase having seen off Romsey Town 3-2 on Saturday.
Meanwhile, their opponents in the second round advanced with ease as they comfortably beat Western League outfit Street 2-0 away from home.
