WEYMOUTH Reserves' manager Bradley Asagba is keen to keep the positive momentum going into Saturday's home match with United Services Portsmouth (3pm).

The Terras’ won 6-1 against Pewsey Vale last week and the manager says his squad are feeling good.

Asagba said: “Spirit in the camp is relatively high.

“We have three or four unavailable again, but from our perspective it’s just about keeping that momentum and consistency in our performance.”

The visitors are currently unbeaten in 12 matches, and Asagba is very aware of the threat that United Services Portsmouth pose.

He said: “It’s going to be a tough one for us without any question.

“I think they’ll be a very different side to when we played them earlier on in the season.

“They are the in-form team in the league. They’ve recruited some new players and I think their biggest threat is going forward. They’re very dynamic and will certainly pose a threat to our defence.

“For us it’s really a case of whether we can keep a clean sheet. We know that we carry a threat in front of goal but we’ve conceded quite a lot of unnecessary goals.

“But, if we can keep our focus and energy levels up for 90 minutes, then we will carry a threat.”

Sean Stewart misses the game through suspension, while Dom Panesar-Dower, Dane James and Craig Michie all miss out through injury.
