BRIDPORT'S Toolstation Western League Premier Division fixture with Buckland Athletic tonight has fallen foul of the weather.
Owing to heavy prolonged rainfall, the St Mary's Field surface has been deemed unfit for play, with the game being the Bees' fourth home postponement this year.
It is the second time the fixture has been called off in less than three weeks, adding to matches with Bridgwater Town and Wells City.
Midfielder Braeden Symes had been expected to begin a three-game ban for a red card against the Bucks, but will now start his suspension at Chard Town on Saturday, along with Leigh Bailey, whose two-game absence for generating 10 yellow cards also begins against the Robins.
The St Mary's Field pitch has been plagued by rainfall all winter, with six postponements made necessary since mid-December.
Bridport next face Chard away in the Les Phillips Cup second round on Saturday (3pm), before hosting Cadbury Heath on Wednesday, February 21 in the league (7.45pm).
