PERSONAL trainer and nutrition coach Jodie Bateman has created a modern, inclusive environment for people of all ages and abilities to get fit.
The classes at Healthy Habit Dorset, based in Lynch Lane, Weymouth, aim to support people at various stages throughout life.
Bateman is a highly experienced kettlebell instructor and level three antenatal trainer with the ability to safely support women through pregnancy and post-pregnancy.
In addition to specialist classes, the studio has new spin bikes with classes available from 6.30am till late, including lunchtimes.
There are a variety of weights and resistance machines available and Healthy Habit Dorset offer monthly memberships, pay as you go and various packages, including discounts for bulk bookings.
Personal training can be undertaken in the studio, at home or in the workplace and Bateman is set to aid Dorchester Town FC in the near future in a bid to support their efforts off the pitch.
