MARK Ford grabbed a fabulous hat-trick as the Terras produced a remarkable comeback in an action-packed encounter at the Bob Lucas Stadium.
Three goals in the first 16 minutes saw Hitchin edge 2-1 ahead through Jon Frendo and Zak Burke but Weymouth then went on to dominate the second half to eventually take the spoils.
And the hosts could have had more with Ford and Craig Duff also hitting the crossbar and Scott Walker shooting just inches wide.
