SKIPPER Ross Baker welcomes back all-rounder Fred Etherington and Chris Park to his XI when Beaminster entertain leaders Stalbridge tomorrow (2pm) in Dorset Funeral Plan Division One.
Etherington was absent for the slender reverse at Broadstone last week and will replace Dan Hillier while Park, who is to keep wicket, comes in for the unavailable Joe Hawkins, one of the main protagonists in that resilient run chase.
Stalbridge travel to the Memorial Ground with a fine record this season although the defeat to Sherborne in their previous match, only their second of the campaign, suggests they may be vulnerable.
And Baker, who is in buoyant mood following the recent improved performances, is optimistic his side can execute a timely victory against the title favourites.
He said: "We're stronger with Fred
back and it's good to have Chris keeping wicket so the batting looks pretty strong and we know what to expect from Stalbridge.
"Our plan is to bowl first and restrict them because we feel if we can get the top four out cheaply we can chase down the target.

"The batting has come on extremely well in the last month and we bat a long way down."
With two no results hampering their progress, Beaminster are desperate for the dire weather that is forecast not to materialise so they get the opportunity to add to their points tally.
Basement clubs Weymouth Seconds and Swanage are within touching distance and Baker knows any abandoned contest will seriously impede his side's survival prospects.
He added: "We need to play every match because we don't want to lose ground because of games being cancelled.
"It is tight and we need more points to put distance between us and the bottom two."
