Late call off for Terras

PLAYERS, staff and fans of Weymouth FC have been left frustrated following a late postponement at AFC Totton.

A pitch inspection at 10.45am passed the surface as playable but on arrival the Terras were met with bad news despite the best efforts of the Hampshire club's ground staff.

Continued showers left the referee with no choice but to call the game off at 1.15pm. However, that was little consolation for the visitors who have now been left to reflect on a wasted journey.
