IN A frantic day of player movement at the Bob Lucas Stadium, Weymouth duo Luke Winsper and Conor Jevon are expected to play elsewhere tomorrow on dual-registration terms, as manager Jason Matthews seeks to secure game time for the pair.

Winsper is set to return to Sherborne Town, where he played a handful of games earlier in the season for the Zebras, and Jevon is set to link up with former Terras’ coach Shane Traynor, who was appointed permanent manager of Hamworthy United this week.

Matthews told Echosport: “Luke should play for Sherborne tomorrow on a dual registration.

“He has had a cortisone injection in his foot and we need to get him some match time, there is no other reason for it other than that.

“The same goes for Conor, he will probably go to Hamworthy United on a dual registration because we need to get him minutes.

“Both of them have been fantastic and they can be called back at any time. It’s a good chance for them to get games under their belts.”
