BRIDPORT A 11
WOOL & WINFRITH 1
BRIDPORT were crowned champions with two games to spare, as they thumped Wool & Winfrith 11-1 at St Mary’s Field.
The afternoon began with a minute’s silence for local referee and head teacher David Carter who sadly passed away.
Wool were boosted by a few new names from last time the two sides met, but even that wasn’t enough to handle a rampant Bridport side.
Goals came from Samuel Handyside, Jaydon Scadding, Rhys Hayter, Josh Hunter (5), Brandon Scadding (2) and man of the match Rhus Hughes-Williams.
