NEW CHALLENGE: Jason Matthews
FORMER Terras’ boss Jason Matthews has agreed to join Chippenham Town as a player-coach next season.
The experienced goalkeeper, who left the Bob Lucas Stadium after claiming his third successive Dorset Senior Cup with Weymouth last month, revealed the news via Twitter today.
Matthews, who had also been playing for Exmouth Town following his Terras’ departure, joins midfielder Dean Evans and full back Mark Cooper – both members of his Weymouth squad from last term – at Hardenhuish Park.
