DORCHESTER Town have captured former Macclesfield Town utility man Ronayne Benjamin Marsh-Brown on a one-year deal.
The 23-year-old left-sided player, comfortable in both midfield and defence, put pen to paper last night ahead of the Magpies' first training session of pre-season.
Marsh-Brown, whose also played for Dutch Eerste Divisie side RKC Waalwijk, has previous experience at non-League having had spells at Blue Square Premier outfit Crawley Town and Blue Square South sides Welling, Fisher Athletic and Maidenhead United.
After completing his sixth summer signing county town boss Shaun Brooks said: "I am pleased to have finally got Ronayne secured on a contract.
"He trained with us towards the end of last season after the window had closed and impressed me with his attitude.
"He is a decent player who can play in a number of positions and will add more quality and competition for places into the squad."

Also joining the Magpies' ranks, as first team coach, is John Donoghue.
The former Southampton coach joins the management team on a part-time basis and will be taking the midweek training sessions along with manager Brooks and assistant boss Alex Browne.
PART-TIME COACH: John Donoghue
Donoghue said: "I am really looking forward to working with the squad that Shaun has put together this season.
"I helped out for six weeks or so last season during Shaun's illness and the squad had a lot of very talented youngsters in it which he has now backed up with some quality experienced players who will help us to progress.
"When Shaun asked me to get involved on a more permanent basis I was delighted as this is a great club and one that is capable of pushing on further up the non-League pyramid."
Meanwhile, the release date of the Magpies' fixture list for the upcoming 2008/09 campaign has been brought forward to today (11am).
* Former Magpie James Rowe has joined Southern Premier Division outfit Bashley.
The 21-year-old was voted Online Player of the Year last season but his desire to go part-time brought an end to his stay at the county town club.
