NATHAN Walker returns to the Dorchester ranks for tomorrow’s clash with table-topping Corby (3pm), and his physical presence is something Stuart Heath feels the Magpies have missed over the last two games.

An accumulation of yellow cards meant Walker missed the defeat to Redditch and draw against Frome through suspension.

The county town side only managed one point out of a possible six from those home fixtures.

“Nathan does bring something different to the side with his experience and physicality,” said first-team coach Heath. “And we’ve missed his physical presence in the last two games.

“The two teams we played, especially Frome, have just been that bit stronger than us, so we’re looking for Nathan to come back in and give us that physicality he has.

“I don’t think we’ve done as well going forward as we could and that has been shown in the number of goals we’ve scored recently.

“I don’t think we’ve played poorly, we’ve just dropped 10 per cent in our all-round performance, and when you do that against top sides it shows in the results.”

He added: “It will be a tough assignment going to Corby but we’ve played pretty well on the road.

“They are going for automatic promotion so there is a bit of pressure on them to get results.”

Heath said dual-registered Ashley Nicholls is set to feature again and there is a good chance Bradley Tarbuck’s loan from Portsmouth will be extended.
