First defeat for Terras

ST NEOTS TOWN 4 WEYMOUTH 2

WEYMOUTH fell to their first defeat of 2012/13 this afternoon.

In a repeat of last Tuesday's match at Chippenham Town, the Terras gave themselves a mountain to climb by conceding twice in the first half.

St Neots added to their tally with a third before substitute Mark Ford pulled one back for the visitors.

However, the hosts restored their three-goal cushion soon after and although Scott Walker scored from the spot for the second successive game, it was not enough to save the Terras.

Weymouth welcome Bideford to the Bob Lucas Stadium on Monday (3pm).

After that defeat we have fallen to 18th position the same dismal position that we finished last season. Coventry like Weymouth had been playing much of their football two levels higher than their present division, have sacked their manager? It seems daft that we carry on with the present manager because we have sacked so many poor managers in the past?

Nice to see that they have started the way they mean to go on.
